Victor has over 16years broad-based supply chain, administrative and operational support experience in diverse organizational settings. He possesses strong skills in procurement and supply chain management, contract and property management, admin and logistics, accounting over and above fleet management and public relations. He has worked extensively in the private sector as well as in donor funded Projects including USAID, DFID, PEPFAR, CDC among others. In his current posting, he serves as the Country Manager {Logistics, Procurement and Administration} with PLAN International Kenya. 

Victor holds a Diploma in Business Administration; BBA in Accounts/Finance (Major) & Entrepreneurship (Minor); MPA in Public Policy and Administration and MSC in Peace, Governance and Security Studies.
