Morten has over 10 years of NGO, UN and private sector experience in development and humanitarian assistance with a focus on program implementation; partnerships; innovation and strategy; stakeholder relations and alliances; managing and coordinating teams and projects and fundraising for organizational growth and development impact.

Morten is currently the Senior Advisor for Innovation in DCA where he manages the DCA Innovation Fund, works to support a culture of innovation and develop innovative partnerships for DCA. Previously he was Head of DCA’s unit for Global Partnerships and Donor Relations, and covered a range of partnerships and funding portfolios. Before joining DCA, Morten held several positions with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Ethiopia, China and Headquarters; with UN-OCHA in New York; and in management and development consulting.
