Karen joined CaLP in January 2017, bringing with her with many years of experience in the development and humanitarian sectors.  Karen has extensive programme experience and has engaged in policy development and research work.   She has previously worked as the Regional Representative for the British Red Cross; International Director for THET; Regional Programme Manager for HelpAge International and a variety of other roles. Karen is based in Nairobi, Kenya
