Abdoulaye Kanté is ICT4D Regional Technical Adviser - Africa Zone in the Disruptive Innovation Unit of Terre des hommes - Helping children worldwide- . Based at the Africa Regional Hub, he advises and supports programs and delegations for an innovative digital approach on diverse thematics: migration, health, access to justice, wash and child labor. With over 10 years of experience, Abdoulaye combines a technical and strategic background in the application of ICTs for development. His professional experience covers both public sector and international NGOs. He holds a master's degree in ICT from the University of Paris Nanterre (France) and is currently pursuing his thesis in the field of smart cities in Africa within the research unit UMR 5600 «Environment - Cities - Society "of Jean Monnet University (St Etienne in France).
