Leslye Rost van Tonningen

Leslye Rost van Tonningen has worked in the East Africa region for twenty years on programme design and management, strategic planning and new business development of a number of large INGOs, including CARE International, Save the Children, Concern Worldwide and most recently Plan International.  Her experience includes fundraising for and managing emergency responses in Somalia, South Sudan and Kenya, as well as providing strategic advise and support to country teams responding to crises in Chad and Sudan (Darfur).  She lives in Nairobi with her teenaged son and a menagerie of cats and dogs.
