Johanes Koku Nyagblordzro is a development, economics and social analyst. He holds Certificate in Project Management and Certificate Competency Skills from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and Certificate in Executive Leadership and Certificate in Leadership Change and Organizational Renewal also at GIMPA. He is equipped with knowledge, skills and expertise for critical analysis of contemporary challenges of various public policies, Johanes’s desire for African development and its progress, he focus on democratic governance, and management, rule of law and anti-corruption, among others, at both national and international levels. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman and the founder of Center for Africa Development and Progress (CADeP) since 2008, upon the realization on how Ghana and Africa’s quest for development have been derailed and undermined by corruption and lack of transparency. CADeP is a Ghanaian based innovative think tank and advocacy group for good governance practices and a promoter of quality education and African entrepreneurship, with ongoing efforts to contribute in bringing innovation in pursuit for sustaining economic growth and development of the people, in Ghana and Africa. Mr. Nyagblordzro spearheads the organization, providing policy and engaging stakeholders in the attempts to improve quality of education with the firm believe that a well-educated people would eventually embrace the tenets of good governance and practice same.
