Electroninc Physiscist with postgraduate MSc in Water Management and Hydrogeology, he counts with more than 15 years of experience working as WASH specialist mostly in Subsaharian Africa and Asia for OXFAM, UNHCR and IOM. For the last 2 years he has been dedicated to the promotion of use of Solar Photovoltaic Energy across the relief sector, especially for projects involving water supply.
