Mr. Troy Conrey is the Managing Director for Air Serv Ltd, the premier humanitarian aviation, maintenance, and operations support firm in East Africa. A former U.S. Marine Officer and DIA employee, Mr. Conrey contributed academic papers to numerous Washington D.C think tanks on subjects ranging from complex adaptive systems theory to data collection and decision analysis in conflict areas. He moved to Uganda in 2010 as part of the combined U.S. Special Operations Command/African Union Task Force contingent as an Intelligence/Aviation subject matter expert supporting the mission to bring the ICC indictees of the Lord's Resistance Army to justice. Mr. Conrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Eastern Studies/Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Texas, and an MBA from Duke University. When not working to optimize Air Serv's aviation support to the WFP, MSF, and other NGOs and non-profits, Mr. Conrey can be found competing as an active member of the Kakira Nile Polo Club.
